1. Select the Calendar tab at the top of the page in PC
2. Your Calendar will populate and show you what you have selected
- Select a month view…
- …Week view
- …Daily view
- Select a different time frame (month/year)
- MORE – click here to set your calendar
3. Under MORE, Click on Options
4.Here is where you can customize your calendar.
- You can choose to select to view your calendar by a certain individual, or group of individuals by selecting the Selected Person check box then clicking on the person(s) you would like to view information for.
- You can select by site, or POD, or region…
- By caseload…select yourself from the drop list of Selected Staff Contact
- Below is where you can select what you would like to populate on your calendar. A lot of these notifications are management related, however, I believe the most useful feature will be the option Medical Appointments.
