Medical Event Tracking

1.We will start to collect data on certain medical related items. To access any of these, go to Menu, Medical Event Tracking, then select the type of tracking you wish to collect data on.

2.From here, it is very similar to how you do your regular notes.
With all selections you will see the below, again, similar to what you see for your data collection.

3.Pick a shift to collect on by clicking the plus sign to the right. Each type of tracking could have different shifts indicated. The below sample is from mealtime refusal:

4.A form will populate asking you some questions related to the type of tracking. You can hold the CTRL key to make multiple selections if needed. 

5.When you have completed the documentation, click ok and a pop up will ask you to e-sign your data collection for the medical event selected. If you have not completed a mandatory field, PC will not allow you to save the note. Ensure all fields are complete.
